PACE Execs

Executive Advisory Service
Fractional Leadership

From initiative
to impact.

PACE is an executive advisory service that removes the friction between idea and execution—so your projects, products, and procedures don't take months or years with thousands spent before they reach completion.

PROCESSADOPTIONCHANGEEXECUTION

Getting started isn't the problem.
Getting it done is.

When a project or product drags on for months or years—with thousands spent and still nothing delivered—the idea was never the problem. Execution was.

Months or years

Timelines stretch until the initiative outlives the problem it was meant to solve.

Thousands spent

Budget accrues in handoffs, rework, and approvals long before anything is delivered.

Never adopted

Launch day arrives, and the process nobody was trained on quietly dies.

"Institutions would be appalled if they saw how much money they've wasted on projects that failed."

A pattern we've watched for over 30 years

The Four Pillars of Success

Making transformation executable.

Process

Define and optimize what needs to happen.

A great process that nobody adopts fails.

Adoption

Get the organization ready and engaged.

Buy-in is built, not announced.

Change

Manage the transition from current state to future state.

Technology without change management fails.

Execution

Drive the initiative through completion.

A well-designed initiative without execution stalls.

The Advisory Engagement

Executive leadership that stays until it's done.

Without PACE

  • Initiatives stall between departments, and no one owns the handoff.
  • Timelines stretch from weeks to months, then years.
  • Spend keeps climbing with no finished result to show for it.
  • Go-lives land without adoption, and the old process quietly returns.

With PACE

  • One accountable executive owner from inception to completion.
  • A defined path through approvals, technology gaps, and resistance.
  • Spend tied to milestones you can see, week by week.
  • Adoption planned from day one, so the change actually sticks.

The Alignment Sprint: everyone in the room, buy-in built before the drift begins.

STEP 1

The Alignment Sprint

A half-day to two days. We carve out exactly what needs to be done and garner buy-in from every party involved—before the project ever drifts off target.

STEP 2

Whole or in Part

Add PACE for the entire project, or just the portions where you need an accountable owner. You decide the scope; we commit to it.

STEP 3

Until Completion

We stay through launch and adoption—because getting it done is the deliverable.

The best time to bring PACE in is the moment the decision is made—before execution starts getting stuck between teams, vendors, or internal priorities. The second-best time is now.

Why PACE

Not faster project management. Less execution friction.

PACE is an executive advisory service and a business execution system—fractional leadership that sits alongside your executives to move initiatives through approvals, technology gaps, and change resistance until they deliver measurable results.

This isn't a new problem. For over 30 years we've watched the same scenario play out: millions spent, three years gone, and still no successful launch. In today's market, getting it to completion matters as much as maintaining the farm.

Controlled progress. No “move fast and break things.” Just initiatives that reach completion.

Sound familiar?

  • “Why does everything take so long?”
  • “Why do initiatives get stuck between departments?”
  • “Why does implementation break down after launch?”
  • “Why can't we get people to adopt the new process?”
  • “Why do good ideas die in execution?”
  • “Why does every initiative become a fire drill?”
